Descripción:
Arde es una obra que pone en diálogo tres sucesos que tuvieron lugar entre el 2019 y el 2020: el incendio de Notre Dame en París, el incendio de la estación de policía en Minneapolis luego del asesinato de George Floyd, y el incendio en Plaza Italia en Santiago de Chile durante el estallido social.

Se presenta como una instalación inmersiva. Las tres escenas tomadas de videos de la prensa se proyectan en simultáneo en una habitación donde se escucha el sonido del fuego de forma envolvente.

Description:
«Is burning»  is an artwork that brings into dialogue three events which took place between 2019 and 2020: the fire at Notre Dame in Paris, the fire at the police station in Minneapolis after the murder of George Floyd, and the fire at Plaza Italia in Santiago de Chile during the social protests.

It is presented as an immersive installation. The three scenes, taken from press videos, are projected simultaneously in a room where the sound of the fire is heard in an immersive way.
